Installing the Windows App

For Windows PC Users

The Windows app gives you the full 3CX experience with a dedicated desktop application.

Step 1: Locate Your Welcome Email

Open the welcome email you received from 3CX.

Step 2: Download the Installation File

Look for the attachment in your welcome email and download it to your computer.

Step 3: Install the App

1. Find the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder)
2. Double-click on it to start the installation
3. The app will automatically configure itself using the details from the email
4. Once complete, the 3CX app will launch and you're ready to go

The Windows app sits in your system tray, making it easy to make calls, check your status, and stay connected without opening a web browser.
