How to Check 3CX Voicemail - Phone, Web & Mobile

Playing Back Your Voicemail

From Your Desk Phone

Quick Access:

1. Look for the "Voicemail" or "Message" button on your phone
2. Press it
3. Enter your PIN followed by #
4. Press * to play your messages

Standard Access:

1. Dial your voicemail number
2. Enter your PIN and press #
3. Press * to play messages

From the Web Client

This is the easiest method as you can see all your messages at a glance:

1. Click on "Voicemail" in the navigation menu
2. You'll see a list of all your voicemail messages with:
   • Who called
   • When they called
   • How long the message is
3. Click the playback icon next to a message
4. The message will play through your selected device (computer speakers, desk phone, or mobile)

From the Mobile App

Perfect for checking messages when you're away from your desk:

1. Open the 3CX app on your phone
2. Tap "Voicemail" in the menu
3. Tap on the voicemail message you want to hear
4. It will play through your phone's speaker
