What is 3CX?

What You'll Need
Before you start, make sure you have:
- Your welcome email from 3CX (this contains all your login details)
- Your extension number and password
- Your company's 3CX web client URL (e.g.,
https://yourcompany.3cx.com/webclient/)
First Steps
- Check your welcome email – This is your golden ticket. It contains your extension number, password, and QR code for mobile setup.
- Choose your platform – You can use 3CX on your computer (Windows, Mac, or web browser), smartphone (iOS or Android), or desk phone.
- Get connected – Follow the specific guide below for your preferred device.
Top Tip: Keep your welcome email safe. You'll need it to set up all your devices and it contains important information you might need later.
