Downloading and Setting Up the Mobile Apps

For iPhone and Android Users

Setting up 3CX on your smartphone is quick and straightforward. Here's how:

Step 1: Get Your Welcome Email Ready

Locate the welcome email from 3CX. You'll need the QR code that's included in this email.

Step 2: Download the App

• iPhone users: Visit the App Store and search for "3CX"
• Android users: Visit the Google Play Store and search for "3CX"
• Download and install the app

Step 3: Configure the App Using the QR Code

1. Open the 3CX app on your phone
2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top-left corner)
3. Select "Scan QR Code"
4. Point your phone's camera at the QR code in your welcome email
5. The app will automatically configure itself – you're done!

What This Gives You

Once set up, you can make and receive calls on your work extension from your mobile, access your voicemail, chat with colleagues, and join meetings – all whilst on the move.
