All PhoneLine+ packages include unlimited calls to the following destinations: UK landlines (01, 02), UK mobiles, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and the USA.

“Unlimited” is intended for normal business use. If usage patterns suggest misuse, such as artificially generating high call volumes, call manipulation, or non-standard activity (for example, arbitrage), T2K may review the account and apply appropriate charges where necessary.

If we believe the Service is being used outside of this policy, we may take reasonable steps to protect the network and other customers. This may include:
