Logging In to the Web Client

Accessing 3CX Through Your Browser

Don't want to install software? No problem. The web client works directly in your browser and offers the same features.

Step 1: Get Your Login Details

From your welcome email, you'll need:

• Your extension number
• Your password
• Your company's web client URL

Step 2: Navigate to the Web Client

1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari)
2. Type in your company's 3CX web client URL (it will look something like https://yourcompany.3cx.com/webclient/)
3. Press Enter

Step 3: Log In

1. In the extension field, enter your extension number
2. In the password field, enter your password
3. Click "Sign In"

Your Communications Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll see your communications dashboard. This is your command centre where you can:

• See all your colleagues and their availability
• Make and receive calls
• Send instant messages
• Access your voicemail
• Schedule meetings

Staying Logged In

The web client will remember your login details, so you won't need to enter them every time. Just bookmark the page for quick access.
