What is a hosted VoIP solution?

A hosted VoIP (voice over internet protocol) solution is a business telephone system located (hosted) in the cloud. That means all the call processing and management takes place in your VoIP provider's data centres, not on a physical piece of hardware in your office.

As the phone system is hosted on the internet, you can connect to it via your broadband or WiFi.
